Nourish Play Therapy is seeking an experienced, licensed therapist to join the clinical team. Nourish Play Therapy is committed to offering evidenced-based therapeutic interventions that are systemic, trauma-informed, and include brain and strengths-based perspectives to promote social and emotional wellness of children and their families.

Hours

Schedule is flexible. Minimum 20 direct therapy hours per week. One evening or Saturday required.


Responsibilities

The Clinical Therapist at Nourish Play Therapy LLC will provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking healing from childhood trauma. This position is responsible for assessment and evaluation of clients to construct and define treatment goals, provides long-term counseling in restoration of mental health difficulties, and supports clients systemically. This position is also responsible for collaborating with parents regarding therapeutic services, parenthood, human development and mental health education.


Position Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Fully licensed by the state of Texas in related field
  • Formal training in Play Therapy
  • Have high energy levels, self-motivated, results oriented, and have excellent people and communication skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required


Compensation
This is an hourly employee position and compensation is based on experience and education. Opportunities for professional growth, bonuses, and benefits are available.
